I've been meaning to write a song for months about connecting to my third energy center, the solar plexus chakra or Manipura. The solar plexus is the energy center that drives your ability to stand strong, make decisions, and express yourself authentically.
Ironically, I'd been feeling a LOT of resistance creatively engaging with this center of personal power. I've also struggled with digestive issues most of my life...
It wasn't until I experienced a week of intense gastritis that I finally listened to my gut and expressed it through a solar plexus POWER SONG! Within a few hours of playing this song on repeat, my stomach finally started to feel better.
It's basically a hypnotherapy process combined with expressive arts, and it WORKS.
The process included acknowledging and FEELING the quality and sensations of the discomfort in my stomach, asking it what it needed, and tapping into a creative flow with intention, an open heart, and sacred space.
