With our eyes closed, the Ajna Light flicker effect creates a “DMT” like, light show, allowing for effortless meditation. The Ajna Light can stimulates our pineal gland, relaxing the mind and body. Traveling on an inner journey of self, exploring our past, present & future is common with the Ajna Light.

Conscious Dance
Every Other Thursday Evening @ 8pm in Smyrna
An intentional dance activated by vocal toning and singing during an hour and a half dance through our emotions, lifecycle, archetypes, and levels of consciousness. We will leave time at the end for integration and connection.
Monthly Music Jam & Drum Circle
Sunday, April 27th @ 6-10PM
I am hosting a monthly music jam and drum circle at my house in Smyrna with the intention to create a heart centered community and a safe container where we can fully express ourselves! Please bring any musical instruments, an open mind, and an open heart as we co create with playfulness and joy on this journey together. All levels of experience are welcome and this is also a kid friendly event.
