How Do You Make a Difference in the World?
One of the things I love to do most is dance at the airports and grocery stores- places that are typically high traffic and high stress. I enjoy inspiring others and demonstrating what it looks like to make your life your art and be wildly and bravely authentic.
Dancing in these types of places is part of my outreach project to create more authenticity and joy in the world. When I dance in airports I am able to flow with the chaotic energy of people rushing around and transmute it rather than take it on. Dancing in grocery stores has helped me feel better about spending money and has also helped me heal my relationship with food and scarcity mentality. I was able to change how my body responded to my “trigger” foods when I saw them in the store by feeding the urge with conscious movement.
I hope you feel inspired to be a little more BRAVE and VULNERABLE today than you did yesterday. The world needs YOUR unique medicine <3
