As an Expressive Arts Coach, I'm passionate about guiding you through powerful tools to release stored trauma and shift into new ways of being. Today, let's explore three transformative practices which were inspired by a training I did many years ago with ISTA ( international shamanic temple of the arts).

These tools are: Hand Scream, Wail, and Tantrum.

Hand Scream πŸ—£οΈ

Feel the tension melt away as you channel your emotions into your hands and release a primal scream. This powerful act can dissolve deep-seated anger and frustration, allowing you to step into a space of clarity and peace. Make sure to shake your spine, your booty, get that energy moving out and through.

Wail 😒

Allow yourself to cry deeply and loudly. Wailing is a natural, cathartic release that taps into our primal need to express grief and sadness. It helps to unblock emotional stagnation, paving the way for new, lighter energies to flow through. Open up the arms, the chest, the jaw.. and with your head back, let out a full wailing sound.

Tantrum πŸ’₯

Embrace your inner child and let it out! Stomp, yell, and flail in a safe, controlled environment. This dynamic release can free up repressed emotions, leaving you feeling liberated and more connected to your authentic self. This practice can be done on the ground or standing up, whichever is more accessible for you.
